Is it possible to check the personnel being recruited?
The Japanese Worker Dispatching Act stipulates that, when the dispatching client company concludes a worker dispatch contract, actions aimed a selecting the dispatched staff are not allowed, and thus it is not possible to do things like request submission of a resume, or conduct an interview.
What is the period from contract signing to the start of dispatching?
It varies depending on factors such as the nature of the work to be done, necessary skills, and the locality where work will be done. However work can be done within as little as five business days until the start of work by dispatched staff.
